Dean Belk P.E. as an electrical only engineering firm and was soon joined by his partner Ron B. McKinney. Over the years Allied has successfully built a team that has helped us earn a reputation as a hard working, dependable engineering company. We continually make changes to cater to our clients needs. Allied maintains an SBE certification in Charlotte, and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.. Allied's CAD system utilizes AutoCad Release 2007 & 2008, on Pentium 4 PC's, a Xerox 6204 laser plotter and other outside plotting sources to provide the latest in engineering deign and drafting needs. While with other firms, employees of Allied have won an IIDA Lighting Design Award and an ASHE Vista Renovation Team Design Award.
