Christine enters Allied as a mechanical draftsman/designer. She has some knowledge of AutoCAD and will be a welcome addiotn to our mechanical department. Please feel free to call Christine and welcome her to our company. New Employee 1/2/2007 Allied is pleased to announce the addition of our newest employee, Sherri Taylor. Sherri enters Allied as an experienced administrative staff member to take care of billing, shipping, bill payment, answering phone calls, etc. She has over 25 years of experience. Please feel free to call Sherri and welcome her to our company. Merger 1/1/2007 Allied is pleased to announce that as of January 1st, 2007 we have merged all services with Maloney Engineering. This starts a new era with Allied as we are now a full service MPE consulting firm. With Mike, Bill and George along with our electrical staff we have extensive experience in all areas of design and building types. We hope this we will now be able to better serve our clients. Allied will keep all relationships with our other engineers that we regularly do buisness with, either as Allied or as Maloney Engineering and maintain those relationships as they are what brought us to where we are today. We look forward to working with all of our clients, new and old, for many years to come. This gives us plenty of office space to grow, a working conference room and a more private atmosphere for all. New Employee 6/26/2006 Allied is pleased to announce the addition of our latest employee, William (Bill) Brown. Bill enters Allied as a Mechaincal designer. New Employee 5/15/2006 Allied is pleased to announce the addition of our latest employee, George Reese. George enters Allied as a Plumbing designer. He is comes to Allied through Maloney Engineering as part of our working agreement. Please feel free to call George and welcome him to our company. New Employee 5/8/2006 Allied is pleased to announce the addition of our latest employee, Michael McDaniel. Micahel enters Allied as an AutoCAD techichian and designer. He is currently working on his degree of Architectural Engineering from NC A&T in Greensboro with a concentration in electrical systems. Michael will be performomg design work and doing other CAD redlines. Please feel free to call Michael and welcome him to our industry. Special Announcement 5/1/2006 Allied is pleased to announce that they now have an official working agreement with Mike Maloney of Maloney Engineering. Mike is a mechanical and plumbing engineer with over 25 years experience in healthcare, office, school, industrial and other commericial facility design. This is an arrangement that if agreed upon by all parties after a dating period, Allied will become a full service MEP Engineering firm. We will still maintain or current working alliances with George Brown and Mike will continue to work with his existing electrical contacts as well. New Employee 03/09/2005 Allied is pleased to announce the addition of our first employee, Greg Godfrey. Greg enters Allied as an entry level CAD draftsman with hopes in becoming a designer. He has AutoCAD experience from York Techinical College, Rock Hill, SC in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Greg will be responsible for allot of our drafting and plotting needs as well as taking care of all our shipping. Please feel free to call Greg and welcome him to the industry. New Alliance 10/01/2004 Allied is pleased to announce a working relationship with George O. Brown & Associates, PLLC. George Brown is a mechanical engineering firm, located in Hickory, NC and does a considerable amount of work in the NW portion of the state. We will use George on most of our mechanical and plumbing needs in North Carolina. SBE Certification 08/09/2004 Allied is pleased to announce that the City Of Charlotte has confirmed our Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Certification. We will be included in the next update of the City's Vendor List. Please feel free to include us in your next plublic money projects to meet the required SBE/MWBE minimums. New Projects 08/01/2004 Allied is pleased to announce a working relationship with Beacon Engineering. Beacon referred two clients and we in turn used them in assisting with the Freedom First Bank in Salem, VA. We are also pleased to announce a new project with Pinnacle Architecture in Guilford County, Southern Guilford H.S.. This will be Allied's first school project, hopefully many more will follow. Website Released! 07/01/2004 Well, after many months of preparation and hard work I am proud to introduce to you Allied's new website! This site has been created with the prospective client in mind. It is easy to navigate throughout the pages, information you need is readily available and accessible, and it is (hopefully) pleasing to the eye. With the site being new, there is the potential for small errors or blips throughout the site.
